WWE's Lana Comes To Miro's Aid At AEW All Out

It was a brave move by AEW to stage All Out only one week after All In. Tony Khan is likely satisfied with the results he is seeing because it is a step that it has already committed to repeating the next year. On Sunday night, Chicago witnessed some significant events, including a significant debut for a former WWE Superstar. Now that things have calmed down a bit, we don’t see it as frequently as we once did.

CJ Perry Is All Elite

Lana, or CJ Perry as I assume she will go by if her time in AEW is going to be more than just one night, made her All Out debut. After defeating Powerhouse Hobbs, Perry’s real-life husband and former WWE partner, Miro, shook hands with his opponent when Hobbs decided he didn’t want to conclude things amicably after all.

When Miro turned to face him, Hobbs caught the Bulgarian off guard. When Perry’s music started playing, she sprinted to the ring, grabbed a steel chair, and punched Hobbs in the back. Hobbs ignored the chair shot and focused on Miro’s wife, giving the victor of their match the opportunity to recover and save Perry before Hobbs did something he might have later regretted.

Perry Was Renounced

Before you start rejoicing over Miro and Perry’s reunion and the probable return of Rusev Day, you should know that the former TNT Champion wasn’t exactly thrilled to see his wife in AEW. After telling Perry that she wasn’t genuine, Miro turned to leave the ring. When asked about the incident onstage, Perry was visibly shaken, but she soon recovered enough to post a photo on Twitter warning Miro that she is not the kind of woman he should reject.

When he recently made his return to AEW TV, Miro told the audience that he had given up his wife and his deity. Perry doesn’t seem to be that simple to get rid of. Perry hasn’t competed since being let go by WWE in the summer of 2021. Since she spent a substantial portion of her WWE career serving as Miro’s manager, fans anticipated she may make an appearance in AEW at some point. She obviously wants to rekindle their on-screen romance, but Miro may need to be persuaded otherwise.
