OnePlus Open Display Issues Were Not the Only Reason it was Delayed

Oppo initially debuted the Find N2 Flip in China in December 2022, which gives it a current age of slightly over eight months. There have, however, been several leaks and rumors of its replacement. The possibility that this is not random makes it interesting.
A recent rumor claims that the Find N3 Flip’s official unveiling is expected to take place in China at the end of this month.
The Open, OnePlus’ first foldable handset, is expected to be on sale worldwide in late September or early October, according to the same reliable source. It was previously mentioned that this gadget saw a delay as a result of switching from one manufacturer to another for its display supplier.
The current source claims that the earlier justification for the delay is not the only one at work. The ongoing Nokia-Oppo patent litigation in France and Germany is also a factor in the predicament.
Although specifics are still unknown, there is confidence that this development represents Oppo’s attempts to successfully resolve its ongoing patent disputes with Nokia throughout Europe. This decision might make it possible for Oppo to once again release all of its products in all European countries, including those from its subsidiary brand OnePlus.
The Find N3 Flip’s global debut date is also still up in the air. A similar timeframe might be predicted this time as well, following the trend of its predecessor, which took about two months to debut on the international arena after its original launch in the home market.
Notably, the Find N3 Flip made an appearance on Geekbench earlier today. Anticipated to enhance its camera configuration by introducing a dedicated telephoto lens alongside the main and ultrawide cameras, the device is expected to maintain a largely similar design, potentially including an outer screen of the same dimensions as its predecessor.
