Solo Sikoa Talks Abandoned Plans In NXT, Says Things "Worked Out Just Fine"

For WWE, 2022 has been the Bloodline’s year. Two years ago, Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns formed a collaboration that has since grown into one of the most recognisable factions the WWE has ever produced. The Usos, the undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, stand by Roman’s side. The Honorary Uce, Sami Zayn, and Solo Sikoa are the team’s most recent two acquisitions.
Solo Sikoa Explains His Change Of Plans
Solo Sikoa discussed his stint in NXT and the original plans for him in a conversation with Josh Martinez on Superstar Crossover. He describes a rivalry for the North American Championship with Carmelo Hayes and a match with another second-generation superstar, Bron Breakker. Fightful has made the transcription below available:
I felt like, before I got called up, there were a lot of plans to go after [the NXT North American Championship], to go over Carmelo Hayes and maybe Bron Breakker, you know, generation versus generation. I just felt like it worked out just fine. Just letting everybody know that I never lost the North American Title. I had to give it up, so that’s different things. I just felt like the plans worked out just fine because I’m here and I’m going after another title, hopefully soon.-Solo Sikoa (via Superstar Crossover)
Which book Solo Sikoa has his eye on right now is unknown. The most likely scenario is that he will oppose either Gunther or Austin Theory for the Intercontinental Championship. The Bloodline could, on occasion, turn against one another; for instance, Solo might attempt to overthrow the Tribal Chief.
