After much anticipation, NaturalVision has finally released the GTA 5 mod with ultra-high visuals. NaturalVision Evolved does not reduce the visual appeal of games, in contrast to the bulk of realistic graphics enhancements. The Grand Theft Auto 5 mod, which has been in production for a while, overhauls lighting, textures, models, and more while maintaining the game’s visual aesthetic.
The editing and work put into this “final cinematic trailer” are outstanding on their own. Grand Theft Auto games have long supported graphics customizations, with tools like ENBseries and SweetFX letting modders to control the game’s renderer and alter its output. However, the quality is greatly influenced by the preset you employ with these tools, and even then, the outcomes may vary greatly depending on the in-game lighting. NaturalVision, in contrast, is more continuously improved, focuses more on directly altering game assets like textures and models, and has less of an impact on performance.

A previous version of the mod called NaturalVision Remastered was released five years ago and has received numerous updates since then. Development on NaturalVision Evolved started in 2020, with a Patreon-only “early access” version. The Single Player Beta is now freely accessible on RazedMods.com, the developer’s website.
We had a conversation with Razed, also known as Jamil Rashid, about his work on the mod in 2019. He thought that the mod update for that year would be his final one. Now, though, we might speculate that perhaps this is not the “final cinematic trailer” after all.
