Match Officials for Pakistan-England T20I Series Announced

 The playing control team for the seven T20 International matches between Pakistan and England, contested in Karachi and Lahore from September 20 through October 2, would be led by Muhammad Javed Malik, a member of the International Panel of the ICC Match Referees.

The on-field duties for the series opener will be handled by Aleem Dar, a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, and Asif Yaqoob, one of the four Pakistani umpires on the ICC International Panel of Umpires (the other three being Ahsan Raza, Shozab Raza, and Rashid Riaz). The third and fourth umpires will be Ahsan Raza and Rashid Riaz.

The on-field umpiring for the series will be handled by five officials. Aleem Dar will bat for four T20Is, Ahsan Raza for three, Asif Yaqoob for two, Rashid Riaz for one, and Faisal Afridi for two.

The first four T20I matches will be played at the National Stadium on September 20, 22, 23, and 25. Starting on September 28, the final three matches will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

The matches from September 20 to September 25 will be played at the National Stadium in Karachi; the matches from September 28 to October 2 will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium.

On-field umpires Aleem Dar and Asif Yaqoob, third umpire Ahsan Raza, fourth umpire Rashid Riaz, and Muhammad Javed Malik officiated the first Twenty20 International on September 20. (match referee)
